° La Junta de Vigilancia de los Fondos Ganaderos, además de las funciones que le fijan los artículos 16 de la Ley 26 de 1958, y 36 y 38 del Decreto número 469 de 190, tendrá la de velar por la equitativa distribución de las suscripciones que corresponden a cada uno de los Fondos Ganaderos en el país.
