ARTICULO 2o. Los servidores públicos vinculados a la Rama Judicial y a la Justicia Penal Militar podrán optar por una sola vez, antes del 28 de febrero de 1993, por el régimen salarial y prestacional establecido en el presente Decreto. Los servidores públicos que no opten por el régimen aquí establecido continuarán rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en las normas legales vigentes a la fecha.
