º. Adiciónase el literal b) del artículo 9º del Decreto 1406 de 1999, con el siguiente inciso: "En el Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud, por tratarse de un riesgo que se cubre, mediante el pago anticipado de los aportes, se tomará como base para el cálculo de éstos el valor de la nómina pagada o de los ingresos percibidos en el mes calendario anterior a aquel que se busca cubrir, según sea el caso".
