Los enfermos que ingresen al hospital de que se trata se designaran de entre los que se hallen aislados en los Leprosorios; deberán tener las condiciones que la ciencia aconseja para hacer probable su curación, y quedaran sometidos a un régimen hospitalario y a las demás prescripciones

que el Gobierno determine al reglamentar esta Ley en relación con el aislamiento y la profilaxis.

Parágrafo

El hospital que se funde funcionara como dependencia de la Dirección General de Lazaretos.
