Artículo primero. Las licencias para importación de maquinaria y equipo de imprenta que se aprueben a favor de empresas periodísticas, cuyo capital pagado en la fecha sea inferior a $ 100.000.00, serán reembolsables integramente con monedas extranjeras a la tasa oficial de cambio, siempre que la importación solicitada no sea superior a U. S. $ 50.000.00.
