El Consejo Directivo Nacional, previas las recomendaciones del Comité Nacional de Formación Profesional y de los Consejos Regionales, determinará anualmente las especialidades en las cuales el SENA ofrecerá programas de formación profesional integral, considerando entre otros criterios, la demanda del sector productivo y social, la oferta existente y los requerimientos de calidad.
