Artículo tercero. El Tesorero Municipal de Pasto, a quien le será girada la correspondiente suma de dinero, por razón de este auxilio, sin perjuicio de las cuentas que debe, rendir a la Contraloría General de la República, informará al Ministerio de Gobierno sobre la inversión que se haga de ella, dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a aquel en que se haya terminado la distribución.
