Art. 192. Todos los empleados á cuyo cargo esté la custodia de documentos públicos, tienen el deber de dar de oficio á los funcionarios del Ministerio Público cuando nooicias, datos, informes y copias le pidan, no necesitándose para ello de resolución de autoridad alguna.
