Atribuciones De Policía Judicial

Ley 1952 de 2019 · LEY 1952 DE 2019, 28/05/2019, por medio de la cual se expide el Código General Disciplinario, se derogan la Ley 734 de 2002 y algunas disposiciones de la Ley 1474 de 2011, relacionadas con el derecho disciplinario.

En desarrollo de las atribuciones de policía judicial, en los términos del artículo 277 de la Constitución Política, solo el Procurador General de la Nación podrá de oficio o a solicitud de la autoridad disciplinaria, debidamente motivada, ejercer estas funciones.

En el proceso que se adelante por faltas disciplinarias catalogadas como gravísimas, cometidas por los servidores públicos determinados en el artículo 174 de la Constitución Política, solo el Procurador General de la Nación tendrá a su cargo las funciones de policía judicial.
