Los fiscales, investigadores y funcionarios de la Unidad de Investigación y Acusación están sujetos al principio de unidad de gestión y jerarquía. El reglamento de la JEP al que se refiere el artículo transitorio 12 del Acto Legislativo número 01 de 2017, contendrá los parámetros a partir de los cuales el director de la unidad debe expedir las normas tendientes a garantizar la materialización de este principio al interior de la Unidad.
