Hasta tanto se implanten los sistemas de clasificación, remuneración y nomenclatura establecidos por el presente Decreto y se determine la planta, de personal, el Instituto. Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" continuará rigiéndose, por las normas actuales que regulan la materia, normas que no podrán tener vigencia con posterioridad al 31 de enero de 1974.
