Art. 16. No obstante lo dispuesto en la Ley 7ª de 1887, el cargo de miembro de Consejo, Junta o Jurado electoral podrá desempeñarse simultáneamente con otro destino. No es incompatible sino con los empleos del orden judicial. Los sueldos serán acumulables.
