Art. 29. Los factores interventores i demás empleados de la factoría no podrán ausentarse del lugar en que ella se halle sin espreso permiso del Gobernador, quien le concederá por lejitima causa, dando cuenta al Poder Ejecutivo i a la Dirección jeneral de la renta.
