Artículo primero . Aclárase la leyenda del Capítulo 597, artículo 6052, (ordinal 1) del Presupuesto vigente (Ministerio de Obras Públicas), en el sentido de que la suma apropiada en dicho ordinal, se destina a la construcción y no a la reconstrucción del Palacio Municipal de Flandes.
