De la distribución de la planta de personal de la Superintendencia. El Superintendente, mediante resolución, distribuirá el personal nombrado o incorporado en la planta de personal semiglobal de que trata el presente Decreto entre las distintas dependencias de la Superintendencia, de acuerdo con la naturaleza de las funciones, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas trazados por la Superintendencia.
