º Capacid ad de Fletamento . A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, las empresas nacionales de transporte marítimo tendrán la facultad de fletar y/o arrendar, buques de bandera Colombiana y/o extranjera sin ningún límite, mientras sean de la misma especialidad de las que tienen en operación, debiendo informar a la Dirección General Marítima sobre el hecho, previamente al embarque de la carga.
