El Consejo Académico estará integrado por el Rector, quien lo presidirá, los Decanos de las Facultades, la Directora de la Sección Femenina de la Universidad, un representante de las escuelas e institutos anexos, que será escogido entre los Directores de dichas dependencias y un representante del estudiantado universitario. El Secretario General y el Síndico tendrán voz en las deliberaciones del Consejo Académico.
