Los recursos da cada Fondo se aplicarán a la ejecución o financiamiento de programas de investigación, transferencia de tecnología, comercialización, apoyo a las exportaciones y estabilización de precios en armonía con las metas y políticas trazadas para el sector rural y la actividad agrícola dentro del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, de manera que se consigan beneficios tanto para los productores como para los consumidores nacionales.
