Artículo único Apruébese el Convenio firmado entre el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de la República y Su Excelencia el Nuncio Apostólico de Su Santidad Benedicto XV, el día 9 de octubre del año en curso de mil novecientos diez y ocho que dice:
