Corresponde a los Comités Institucionales seleccionar, de acuerdo con el procedimiento previsto en el presente Decreto, a los mejores funcionarios de cada uno de los niveles de que trata el artículo 1°. La lista de los nombres de los funcionarios seleccionados deberá ser remitida al Comité Sectorial, acompañada de los documentos que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos y sustenten su recomendación.
