° En cuanto se refiere a las Universidades e Institutos Académicos, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional enviará oportunamente al Presidente de la República una lista integrada por los nombres de los Rectores, Decanos, Presidentes y miembros de los respectivos organismos directivos. Esta lista será remitida por el Presidente de la República al Presidente del Consejo Nacional de Delegatarios, para que sea tenida en cuenta al hacer la elección.
