º. Incompatibilidades de los representantes. Los representantes designados como miembros del Consejo Directivo del ISS, no adquirirán por este solo hecho, la calidad de empleados públicos, y sus responsabilidades, incompatibilidades e inhabilidades se regirán por las disposiciones que regulan la materia. Adicionalmente, los miembros del Consejo tendrán las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades previstas en el artículo 12 del Decreto 656 de 1994.
