Presentación de pliego de peticiones cuando hay Pacto Colectivo. En ningún caso la existencia de un pacto colectivo en una empresa impedirá al sindicato de sus trabajadores presentar pliego de peticiones y suscribir convención colectiva de trabajo. Tampoco la existencia del pacto colectivo podrá alterar la aplicación del principio según el cual a trabajo igual desempeñado en puesto jornada y condiciones de eficiencia también iguales, debe corresponder salario igual.
