De conformidad con los numerales 17 y 20 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, autorízase al Gobierno Nacional, para planificar y desarrollar las siguientes obras de utilidad pública y de interés social en la ciudad de Apía, Departamento de Risaralda, así:

a)

Construcción de Planta de Tratamiento.

b)

Construcción del Palacio Municipal.

c)

Construcción de la Cárcel del Distrito.

d)

Construcción del Cuartel de la Policía.

e)

Construcción del Aula Máxima en el Colegio Santo Tomás.
