Decreto 823 de 2014 · por el cual se establecen las reglas para la asunción de la función de administración y pago de la nómina de pensionados del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión (Inravisión) y de la Administración Postal Nacional (Adpostal) por parte de la Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) y el Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional (Fopep).
