El Gobierno podrá subordinar la oferta o concesión de la extradición a las condiciones que considere oportunas; pero en todo caso deberá exigir que el extraído no vaya a ser juzgado por un hecho anterior diverso del motiva la extradición, ni sometido a sanciones distintas de las que se le hubieren impuesto en la condena.
