Autorízase al Municipio de Mariquita del Departamento del Tolima, para ceder a la Nación hasta el setenta y cinco por ciento (75 por 100) de los terrenos planos de propiedad municipal, a cambio de que el Gobierno Nacional haga a su costa el riego adecuado de la totalidad de esos terrenos y parcele entre pequeños agricultores la parte cedida a la Nación.
