ARTICULO 1°. El artículo 4° del Decreto Legislativo número 0374 de 1957 quedará así: "Artículo 4° - La industria Militar, por conducto de su Fondo Rotatorio, podrá importar armas para la defensa personal, dé caza y de tiro deportivo con sus respectivas municiones, así como también la maquinaria y materias primas para su fabricación en el país en las condiciones establecidas para la Dirección del Servicio de Material de Guerra en el artículo 3° de este Decreto".
