ARTICULO 151 . CONSULTA . Se establece el grado jurisdiccional de consulta en defensa del interés público, del ordenamiento jurídico y de los derechos y garantías fundamentales. Si transcurridos seis (6) meses de recibido del expediente por el superior no se hubiere proferido la respectiva providencia, quedará en firme el fallo materia de la consulta y el funcionario moroso será investigado disciplinariamente.
