° El Departamento tendrá un Consejo Directivo compuesto por los Secretarios Generales de los Ministerios, el del Departamento Nacional de Higiene y un Delegado de la Contralóría General de la República. Los Ministros, el Director Nacional de Higiene y el Contralor pueden asistir al Consejo como miembros natos de él, en vez de sus Secretarios. El Director del Departamento Nacional de Provisiones tendrá voz en las deliberaciones del Consejo Directivo.
