Esta Ley regirá desde su sanción, y desde esta fecha hasta su cumplimiento serán recibidas en el pago de rentas nacionales, departamentales, y municipales, las monedas de plata cuyo cambio y compra se ordena al tipo que la Junta de Conversión fije, y al mismo tipo se darán en pago de los servicios públicos. El Gobierno dará las órdenes para el exacto cumplimiento de esta disposición.
