Adiciónase el Decreto 407 del 7 de marzo de 1995, en el sentido de determinar que además de los productos que clasifican por la subpartida arancelaria 0803001200, tendrán derecho al Certificado de Reembolso Tributario, CERT, los productos que clasifican por las subpartidas arancelarias 0803001910 y 0803001990, en los términos y condiciones señalados en dicho Decreto.
