El límite máximo de la asignación básica mensual de los empleados públicos de las entidades territoriales para el año 2004 queda determinado así: Nivel Jerárquico Sistema General Límite máximo asignación básica mensual$ Directivo 5.753.304 Asesor 5.360.716 Ejecutivo 3.744.889 Profesional 3.286.760 Técnico 1.388.252 Asistencial 1.374.476

Parágrafo

Los Niveles Administrativo y Operativo del Sistema de Nomenclatura y Clasificación de Empleos de las entidades territoriales contemplados en el Decreto-ley 1569 de 1998, serán equivalentes al Nivel Asistencial de la Rama Ejecutiva del orden nacional.
