º. Del principio de la competencia . En virtud de este principio, en la selección de los agentes y en las operaciones respecto de los activos a que se refiere el artículo 1º de este decreto, se deberá procurar la participación del mayor número de oferentes y demandantes idóneos para garantizar una efectiva exposición al mercado.
