º. Distribúyese entre las empresas molineras de las zonas no productoras, la cantidad de diez millones (10.000.000) de kilos de trigo que podrán ser importados en el presente año: AQUI PDF DIARIO OFICIAL N. 25205 (TABLA DE PRESUPUESTO) PÁG. 6.

Parágrafo

La cantidad importable fijada por este artículo podrá ser elevada hasta el límite máximo fijado por la Ley 42 de 1942, si llegare a establecerse que dicha cantidad es insuficiente. Asimismo, podrá el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional modificar en cualquier tiempo la distribución que del cupo importable se hace entre las empresas.
