Garantizar como neutral, la propiedad asegurada deberá tener ese carácter a la iniciación del riesgo y conservarlo, en cuanto dependa del asegurado, durante la vigencia del seguro.

Garantizada la neutralidad de la nave, esta deberá llevar consigo la debida documentación que acredite su neutralidad, en cuanto este hecho dependa del asegurado.
