Modifíquese el numeral 2 del artículo 2.2.8.4.4 del Decreto número 1078 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, en los siguientes términos: “2. Una contraprestación periódica equivalente al 3,0% de sus ingresos brutos por concepto de la prestación de servicios postales, para la vigencia comprendida entre el 1° de julio del 2018 y el 30 de junio de 2020, inclusive ”.
