Los periodistas profesionales pensionados y las personas que de ellos dependan económicamente, tendrán derecho a disfrutar de los servicios médicos, farmacéuticos, quirúrgicos, hospitalarios y odontológicos, que los respectivos patronos o empresas tengan establecidos para sus trabajadores en actividad, mediante el cumplimiento de las obligaciones sobre aporte a cargo de los beneficiarios de tales servicios.
