La presente Convención será ratificada por las Altas Partes Contratantes de acuerda con sus procedimientos constitucionales respectivos. Los instrumentos de ratificación serán depositados en los archivos de la Unión Panamericana en Washington, la cual notificará el depósito a los Gobiernos siganatarios. S e considerará tal notificación como un cambio de ratificaciones.
