º. De la participación democrática en el Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales. Con el propósito de facilitar la participación democrática de todos los actores del Sistema General de Riesgos Profesionales en las decisiones que los afectan en aspectos o, económicos, administrativos y culturales, el presente Decreto fortalece, reglamenta y estructura los comités Nacional, Seccionales y Locales de Salud Ocupacional.
