Art. 27. Desde el 1.° de enero próximo, se dará principio a la publicacion de un periódico de Agricultura que sirva de órgano de la Comisaría de la Agricultura nacional i de las Sociedades agrícolas. El Secretario del Tesoro i Crédito nacional contratará de la manera juzgue más conveniente con la Sociedad, o individuo que, por su ilustracion en la materia, se crea ser más apto, la redaccion de dicho periódico.
