ARTICULO 2.3.1.60.- MODIFICACION DE LAS CONDICIONES DEL EMPRESTITO. Durante el plazo de maduración de los bonos convertibles o de los bonos con cupones de suscripción de acciones, la sociedad emisora no podrá realizar, sin el consentimiento de la asamblea de tenedores con la mayoría necesaria para modificar las condiciones del empréstito, los siguientes actos: cambiar las condiciones en que puede ejercitarse el derecho de conversión o suscripción de las acciones, emitir las acciones privilegiadas a que se refiere el artículo 381 del Código de Comercio, modificar los derechos que corresponden a los accionistas o distribuir las reservas acumuladas.
