Los grados, distintivos y uniformes de las Fuerzas Militares no pueden ser empleados por ninguna otra institución o persona que no esté incorporada regularmente. Cualquier instituto o entidad que desee uniformar su personal de modo similar, deberá solicitar la aprobación respectiva al Ministerio de Defensa.
