º. El artículo 405 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo quedará así: Artículo 405. Fuero sindical. Definición. Se denomina "Fuero Sindical" la garantía de que gozan algunos trabajadores de no ser despedidos ni desmejorados en sus condiciones de trabajo, ni trasladados a otros establecimientos de la misma empresa o a un Municipio distinto, sin justa causa, previamente calificada por el Juez del Trabajo.
