La Nación se asocia al cuarto Congreso Internacional Femenino, que se reunirá en Bogotá en el mes de diciembre de 1930, para honrar el centenario de la muerte del Libertador; y declara que la reunión de este Congreso, es parte integrante del homenaje nacional en la conmemoración de la muerte del Padre de la Patria.
