Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y modifica en lo pertinente el decreto 4112 de 2011 modificado por los decretos 1732 de 2012, 965 de 2013, 2112 de 2013, 1614 de 2015, 1616 de 2015, 1715 de 2016, 1497 del 2018 y 2283 del 2018.
