Del producto de la pesca fresco . Para efectos de este Decreto se entiende por producto de la pesca fresco, aquel que es apto para el consumo humano y no ha sido sometido, desde el momento de su captura, hasta el de su venta, o algún procesamiento. No se considera procesamiento al desangrado, descabezado, eviscerado, ni la adición preventiva de hielo o el enfriamiento por otro método.
