Parágrafo 2

del artículo 13 del Decreto 3615 de 2005, modificado por el artículo 6° del Decreto 2313 de 2006, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 2

La reserva especial de garantía mínima de que trata el artículo 9° del presente decreto, deberá constituirse por cada miembro de la comunidad o congregación a través de cualquiera de los mecanismos previstos en el mismo y deberá prever permanentemente el valor correspondiente a dos (2) meses de cotizaciones a cada uno de los Sistemas de Seguridad Social Integral a los que se encuentren afiliados de manera colectiva”.
