DE LA COPIA DE LA LECTURA. Los suscriptores y/o usuarios tendrán derecho a que las empresas de servicios públicos domiciliarios ordenen al funcionario que efectúa la lectura entregar constancia del resultado de la misma indicando la fecha. Cuando la entrega de esta constancia no se pudiere efectuar personalmente, el funcionario la deberá dejar en el sitio de acceso al inmueble o unidad residencial.
