-Los aspirantes a la licencia conjunta de locutores de noticias de locutor de 1. categoría, deben presentar el examen de que tratan los artículos 3 y 4 de este Decreto, sobre todas las materias que en ellos se fijan. Los locutores de noticias podrán actuar en los programas reservados a los locutores de 2ª. Categoría.
